The following is a general list of the engineering qualifications, educational background and employment history of the candidates our company has on file:

1. Education
   • University and College educated within Canada.
   • Engineering degree with current P.Eng status or College diploma.
2. Engineering Experience
   • 5 to 10 years experience in automotive and industrial industry.
   • Tooling and/or machine design experience.
   • GD & T, ISO 9000 & 14000, FMEA & R&M training.
3. CAD Experience
   • Many with AutoCAD and Solid Works experience.
   • Some with CATIA and IDEAS experience.
   • Some have CAD administrator experience.

Our Fee Schedule

The Engineering Search Firm Inc.'s fee structure is very competitive with other agencies in the industry. We pride ourselves in being able to offer comparable services. Our fee is within the 25% of the candidate's first year salary depending on the nature of the job search. We are a retainer based agency, however we do work on contingency basis with preferred clients. Service and value – a winning combination.

 

Our Guarantee


We offer a full 100% guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the candidate you hire from The Engineering Search Firm Inc. If for whatever reason the candidate you hire from us leaves on their own accord, or is released by you within the first 3 months of their employment, we will devote all necessary resources to refill your position as quickly as possible. We are flexible on the time frame for our Guarantee depending on the volume of hires and the individuals' situations. However, we will not refund any or part of the fee.
